TRIPLE CROWN WINNERS 38 x 26 Autographed Print
$350
This is a beautiful print of all of the Triple Crown winners from 1919 to 1978. It's autographed by the artist FRED STONE and two of the Triple Crown winning jockeys, JEAN CRUGUET who rode Seattle Slew in 1977, and RON TURCOTTE who rode (probably the greatest race horse ever) Secretariat in 1973. This is a beautiful collectors' item. The bottom photos show the signatures in greater detail.

GARDEN STATE PARK Opening Day Program
$35
Garden State Park opened in Cherry Hill, NJ on July 7, 1942 after delays caused by raw material rationing as the United States entered into World War II. Due to the seizure of 30,000 tons of structural steel by war authorities, developer Eugene Mori mostly constructed Garden State Park's ornate Georgian-style grandstand of wood. This is actually the re-opening day program for Garden State Park Race Track after the fire in 1977 that mostly destroyed the grandstand area. Horses continued to train at the track until a new $178,000,000 steel and glass grandstand was built and racing could continue. This re-opening didn't take place, however, until April 1, 1985. This is the program from that race schedule.
